A small patch for NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered that removes the FPS cap and crash cams, fixes the input delay and more.

Changes/options:

• Remove the 60FPS cap
• Remove the crash/wrecked camera
• Remove the input delay when steering (adjustable)
• Fixes to the collision detection, making cars no longer glitch out when flipped
• Option to unlock all cars without having to level up
• Option to replace the default driving camera with one similar to GTA San Andreas, including mouse/joystick camera control
